    Our stay was very good. Although we were only here for one night, everything exceeded our expectations. the property's location was fantastic, situated near a shopping area with ample parking. it was perfectly located near the beautiful lake, as well as various cafes and restaurants.

    Nice hotel in a shopping area, the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was peaceful: shopping centres and a supermarket were within walking distance. Also, I visited Memorial Park.

    Conveniently located.

    Staff unfriendly, underground secure parking was not available, room smelt of stale cigarette. Staff incorrectly accused us & charged us for smoking in the room.

    The stay here was great for 1 night. the food was excellent with a variety of options. the location is central and very close to the main business area. We enjoyed dinner at Bistro Jinja, which is conveniently located near the hotel.

    The comfort of the bed.

    I didn't like the fact that the morning staff wouldn't allow late checkout even though i was prepared to pay for it. I also didn't like that the fridge had left over food in it from previous guests (Ice cream to be exact).

    The bed! Good pillows, crisp clean sheets. The kitchenette facilities were great. Good airconditioning. Very clean.

    I am not keen on showers over baths, very dangerous I feel. A mini bar would be nice for impulse snacks. Even a packet of free biscuits would be nice until you get to shop! More bench space in the bathroom would also be better. One doesn't tend to use the drawers for shorter stays and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a wider bench. These are minor issues and certainly would not stop me from staying there again

    the desk staff were v friendly and efficient

    bad pillows. Bathroom not quite as clean as I'd have liked. The reverse cycle airconditioner over the window and over the sofa. Impossible to sit on the sofa and have the heating on..an unpleasant blast of air on your head. Poor design.

    The location was good, the room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable. The location was not noisy.

    The gymnasium equipment was very basic and some of the equipment was broken.The gym facility is good.More equipment would be better. The bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom, it was very sterile.
